Use of this site, including visiting and buying products from www.frunky.ro or frunky.ro, as hereinafter referred to, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them carefully. Green Hub SRL assumes the right to change these provisions without further notice.

Access to information on the website

Green Hub SRL guarantees the user limited access, in his personal interest, to the frunky.ro site and does not grant him the right to download or modify part or all of the site, to reproduce part or all of the site, to copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of Green Hub SRL without its prior written consent. About products and services

Green Hub SRL makes no warranty, expressly or implicitly, regarding including, but not limited to, the operation of this site, the information, the accuracy of the descriptions, the updating and keeping up to date of the content, materials or products on the site as well as their suitability for a particular purpose. Users expressly agree that the use of this site and the purchase of related products or services is at their own risk. The images published on the site are for example, and the delivered products may differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.). The content of frunky.ro (texts, product descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is made in close collaboration with suppliers. For this reason, Green Hub SRL does not assume responsibility for the descriptions and specifications of the products displayed on the frunky.ro site, which are identical to those made available to us by the representatives of each brand. Green Hub SRL and its partners reserve the right to change the technical specifications of the products without prior notice. Products and services are offered ‘as is’ and as long as stocks last. For this reason, Green Hub SRL assumes the right not to honor a certain order if the respective product disappears from the current offer of the importer or distributor.

About prices

Prices include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website. The purchase price printed on the final invoice will be the same as that set by the sales consultant at the time of confirming the order as the firm order, or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by credit card, this price will be the one published on the site at the time of purchase. There is no minimum price limit to place an order. Despite our efforts, a small number of products may have wrong prices on the site, wrongly set by our computer system. In these circumstances, the final price is always considered the one accepted by the customer in the discussions with our sales consultants. If the actual price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the site, our sales consultants are entitled to satisfy your request to deliver the product to you at the price published on the site only to the extent that we are able to do so, as you are also entitled to refuse the respective order. If the actual price is lower than the price published on the site, and you have paid the price in advance by different methods (OP, bank card, etc.), the difference will be returned to you as mutually agreed, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. We reserve the right not to honor an order if due to a technical error, the final selling price of a product in the order is so disproportionate to the previous price of that product that the price is ridiculous. We will notify the customer as soon as possible about the error occurred.

About stocks

The stock displayed on the site is its own stock, and frunky.ro updates the site's stock weekly to provide the best information. To avoid any problems related to product availability, please contact frunky.ro representatives by phone or e-mail. Thus, Green Hub SRL cannot guarantee the availability in stocks of all products displayed. We reserve the right not to honor a particular order if that product disappears from the current offer, is not in stock, is no longer manufactured, or for any other reason that may lead to the impossibility of delivery.

About delivery

The delivery of the products is made anywhere in Romania. Green Hub SRL reserves the right to confirm orders before fulfilling them by contacting customers. The cost of transport will be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified, and it will be brought to the knowledge of the customer at the time of confirmation of the order. The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of return of the products. Green Hub SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of Green Hub SRL which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other impediments of force majeure according to the customs of the Romanian law. The acceptance of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by Green Hub SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by Green Hub SRL from this customer. This also applies to the return of products.

About payment

Payment for products ordered under these Terms and Conditions may be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. Green Hub SRL reserves the right in certain cases to request the payment of the products in advance. Advance payment can be made by bank transfer or by payment order; proof of payment must be sent to Green Hub SRL at the e-mail address frunky.ro@gmail.com / or by whatsapp +40 771 226 393. The delivery will be made only after the money has been entered into the Green Hub SRL account. Advance payment is also considered payment by online credit card. In this case, Green Hub SRL will ask the electronic payment processor to confirm the security and validity of the transaction, and will carry out additional checks where appropriate, before delivering the products, this verification may even lead to the cancellation of the respective order for security reasons. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.

About Warranty and Service

frunky.ro offers for all products sold on the site the Return Warranty without problems for 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. In addition to this warranty, some products benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, this information can be found on the manufacturer's page. In case of finding defects in the products purchased from frunky.ro.

Right to return products

The customer has the right to notify Green Hub SRL in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract, by returning within this period the product purchased in the original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any trace of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to the Romanian law. This right cannot be invoked in the case of products taken from our premises or those delivered directly by our staff to the customer or for which the sample was made. Final provisions

Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on frunky.ro, or by the information presented on this site, and which is not already dealt with by any article in this document, will be solved amicably within 14 working days from the date of written notification of the problems by the user. If the conflict has not been settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body, agreed by both parties.
